Birth Prep Your Way: Choose up to 6 hours of personalized support, in person or virtual, to help you feel informed and confident for birth.
Always Within Reach: From the moment we begin working together until four weeks postpartum, you can reach out via phone, text, or email whenever you need.
Labor Support When It Matters Most: I’ll join you in active labor and stay for up to two hours after birth to ensure you’re comfortable and settled.
Helpful Reads & Resources: Gain access to my go-to books and materials, thoughtfully curated to support your journey.

Peace of Mind in the Final Stretch: In the two weeks leading up to your due date, I’ll be on call 24/7 to answer questions and offer reassurance.

Backup Doula Support: If for any reason I can’t be there right away, a trusted backup doula will be available.

Prenatal Planning & Newborn Care: If we connect before your baby arrives, we’ll create a postpartum plan to ensure you feel supported from day one. If your baby is already here, I’ll step in seamlessly to help where it’s needed most.

A Safe Space for Honest Conversations: Postpartum can bring up all kinds of emotions, and no topic is too small, awkward, or off-limits. I’m here to listen, reassure, and provide evidence-based guidance.

Sleep, Feeding & Adjustment: Whether you have questions about infant sleep, breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or adjusting to life with a newborn, I’ll provide practical support and guidance tailored to your situation.

Birth Doula Support – $1,500
This is my standard birth doula package, offering comprehensive support from pregnancy through postpartum. However, I understand that every family’s needs are different, and I’m happy to customize your care. If you’d like to adjust the balance of prenatal and postpartum support—for example, having fewer prenatal meetings and adding those hours to postpartum care—we can work together to create the right package for you. Additional prenatal support hours available for purchase. Virtual sessions available.

Postpartum Doula Support – $40/hour
Whether you need extra hands during the day or support through the night, I offer flexible postpartum care tailored to your family’s needs. You can book daytime hours (minimum 3-hour sessions) or overnight support ($320 for 8 hours). The price for multiples is $50/hour. Virtual sessions available.

Booking & Payment Details​​​​​​
​​o Contract – Once we meet and decide that I’m joining your support team, I’ll send over a contract outlining all the details.
o Timing – To secure your birth doula support, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than our last prenatal visit. Postpartum doula support payment is due upon signing the contract.
o Payment Methods – Credit cards, cash, and PayPal.
o Sliding Scale Options – A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available each year. Please reach out to discuss availability.
o Insurance Coverage – Some insurance plans cover doula services, so be sure to check with your provider.
o Michigan Medicaid – If you receive health coverage through Medicaid in Michigan, your birth and postpartum doula services could be covered in full.​​
